Deposit Rules

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed within 3 to 15 minutes of the withdrawal request being submitted.
• KYC verification is required for withdrawals above ৳10,000 per transaction or ৳50,000 cumulative in any 30-day period.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, as part of our anti-money-laundering controls.
• tkl971 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Any fees applied by your mobile wallet provider are outside our control.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the tkl971 sportsbook, including cricket (BPL, IPL, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, beach volleyball, and virtual sports. By placing any bet, you confirm that you accept these rules in full.

General Betting Rules

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change between selection and confirmation during in-play markets; the confirmed odds shown on your bet slip are the odds that apply.
• Minimum bet amount: ৳10 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are set at tkl971's sole discretion.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been confirmed by the system, except where an in-play cash-out option is available and active for the relevant market.
• tkl971 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or events affected by match irregularities. In such cases, the stake is returned in full.
• Accumulators (multi-bet selections) require all legs to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. Where one leg is voided, that leg is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator is recalculated on remaining legs.

Cricket-Specific Rules

• For all cricket matches (including BPL, IPL, and ICC T20 events), a match must have a defined result per the official tournament governing body for bets to stand. If a match is abandoned with no official result, all bets are voided and stakes returned.
• In-play cricket markets are governed by ball-by-ball data feeds. In the event of a data feed interruption, in-play markets may be temporarily suspended. Bets placed before suspension remain valid; bets cannot be placed during a suspension.
• Player performance markets (top scorer, most wickets, player of the match) are settled according to the official match statistics published by the relevant cricket board (BCB, BCCI, or ICC as applicable).

Suspicious Betting Activity

tkl971 operates robust monitoring systems to detect unusual or suspicious betting patterns. Where activity is flagged — including but not limited to coordinated betting, arbitrage exploitation, or use of automated betting software — tkl971 reserves the right to void affected bets, withhold winnings pending investigation, and suspend or close the associated account.

tkl971 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses for new accounts, reload bonuses on subsequent deposits, free bet credits for cricket and casino, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion offer.

Wagering Requirements

• Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Free bet credits do not form part of your withdrawable balance. Winnings derived from free bets are credited as real-money funds and are subject to a 3x wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited; your real-money balance is unaffected.

Eligible Wagers

• Sports bets at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) count 100% toward wagering requirements.
• Sports bets at odds below 1.50 do not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Casino slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) contribute 10%. Arcade and fishing games contribute 50%.

Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Players found to be circumventing bonus restrictions across multiple accounts will have all associated accounts closed.
• tkl971 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already opted in and commenced wagering will not be affected by mid-promotion changes.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

You Are Responsible For:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password at all times.
• All bets and transactions made from your account, whether authorised by you directly or not, unless you have reported unauthorised access to support promptly.
• Ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• Monitoring your own gambling behaviour and using the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings if you feel your gambling is becoming a problem.

tkl971 relies on the accuracy of the information you provide. Any attempt to deceive the platform — through false identity documents, misrepresentation of age, or fraudulent payment activity — will result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

tkl971 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in the circumstances described below. Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice; however, in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or serious Terms violation, immediate action may be taken without prior notice.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating multiple accounts on the platform (multi-accounting).
• Using automated betting software or engaging in systematic bonus abuse.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or match-fixing activity.
• Failure to comply with KYC document requests within the specified timeframe.
• Account confirmed to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
• Request by the account holder (voluntary closure).

Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, tkl971 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending the outcome of an investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or multi-accounting is confirmed, tkl971 may forfeit the entire account balance. Real-money deposits made in good faith may be returned at tkl971's discretion after investigation is complete.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your tkl971 account voluntarily — whether for personal reasons or as part of a self-exclusion decision — please contact our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. We will process voluntary closure requests promptly. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements.
